I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist in training at the Instytut Integralnej Psychoterapii Gestalt in Kraków – a school accredited by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT) and the Polish Psychological Association (PTP).
I gained clinical experience during internships at the 5th Military Hospital on the Psychiatric Ward and the “Dziekanka” Psychiatric Hospital in Gniezno, where I worked with individuals facing various mental health challenges.
I regularly attend supervision and continue my professional development through trainings and workshops with both Polish and international teachers, ensuring the quality and ethical standards of my therapeutic work.
My therapeutic work is grounded in the humanistic approach, which recognizes that every person has the inner capacity for growth and change when met with the right conditions. In my practice, I value authentic relationship, mindful presence in the here and now, and respect for the client’s pace and boundaries.
I work with individuals at different stages of life – those experiencing overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or seeking a deeper connection with themselves. I support members of the LGBTQ+ community and feel close to topics related to diversity, autonomy, and intimacy in various types of relationships.
I offer therapy for adults and adolescents aged 16 and up, providing a safe space for self-discovery, emotional expression, and building more fulfilling relationships with others.
