I am a Gestalt therapist in the process of certification at The Gestalt Institute in Krakow.
As a Gestalt therapist I abide by the Code of Ethics. I attend regular supervision and I am committed to ongoing training and development as per EGAT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy) and PTPG (Polish Society for Gestalt Psychotherapy) guidelines.
I started my journey in London where over a decade ago I firstly trained as a Holistic, then Sports Massage Therapist followed by BACP endorsed Certificate in Counselling Skills and Studies.
Ever since I remember I have always been fascinated by human mind and body and wanted to work towards a world where each of us feels a deep sense of belonging and approaches others; differences with curiosity and acceptance.
At the heart of my therapeutic approach is respect and appreciation for individuals, their diversity and differences.
At times of personal hardship I offer you a safe, supportive space to explore difficult feelings, to understand the underlying patterns in personal relationships and help you to work on making changes in your life. Together we can achieve this by exploration of:
• Drawing your focus to the immediate thoughts, feelings and behaviour and better understanding of the way you relate to yourself and others
• Developing a much greater awareness of your Self and increasing your presence in the world
• Enhancing your ability to creatively influence the context you are in
• Appreciating that we are always in relation to and a part of our environment.
I offer individual and couples sessions for adults.
